Loyalty Points

The Loyalty Points Program rewards members with points for purchases and activities, which can later be redeemed for discounts, rewards, or exclusive benefits.

You are currently at the Member level. As you earn more points, you can unlock higher levels with more benefits.

 

The Loyalty Card is a digital card with a QR code linked to your account. You can scan or show it at checkout to earn or redeem points.

You can earn loyalty points by:

  • Making purchases
  • Showing your loyalty card during checkout
  • Participating in promotions or special offers

 

Your Member ID is a unique number assigned to your account and used for tracking your loyalty points.

To reach the Bronze level, you need to earn 1,000 points. Your progress is shown in the progress bar under “Next Level.”

Higher membership levels unlock exclusive rewards, discounts, and special perks. Benefits improve as you level up.

Yes. Your loyalty account is protected and linked only to your registered profile.

 

Your balance may still be zero if:

  • You haven’t made a purchase yet
  • Your loyalty card wasn’t shown at checkout
  • Points are still being processed

Shipping Methods

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, while Express Shipping takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location in the Philippines.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Provincial and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping option you choose during checkout.

Yes. The estimated shipping cost will be shown in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email or message with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our website or the courier’s tracking page.

You will receive your tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

If your order contains restricted items, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our team.
